Inquiry privacy

MOCK FILMS uses your contact details and project information to respond to your inquiry and manage requested services.

Payment security: All online payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. MOCK FILMS does not directly collect or store your payment-card or bank-account details in this CRM. Please enter payment information only on the secure Stripe or PayPal checkout page.

Do not send sensitive information by message or email. Never send card numbers, bank-account information, passwords, government ID numbers, or other sensitive payment information through our contact forms, support messages, text messages, or email.

If you supply an email address, we may send a receipt acknowledging your inquiry and, after a booking is confirmed, your selected package, booked options, schedule, and payment summary. An inquiry receipt by itself does not confirm a booking.

Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for promotional email or text messages. Promotional messaging is currently disabled.

Inquiry information is accessible to authorized agency staff and stored using our hosting providers. Old unconfirmed inquiries are subject to a retention review; records connected to paid work may need to be retained separately.

When an inquiry is removed, a protected fingerprint of its contact address may be retained to prevent future promotional contact. Backup copies expire according to the hosting backup policy.
